“I want to thank Daniel (service writer) and Jose (mechanic). I had a wheel seal done in California. I stopped to do my break when I noticed my rim full of gear oil. Fearing the worst I got a hold of peterbilt customer service they got ahold of this dealership. At first I thought I was going to be stuck for the night. Daniel asked one of his mechanics if he would stay over (Jose) and he agreed. I traveled the 25 miles to them after dropping my trailer they had it diagnosed and fixed in 47 minutes. Wow this is customer service and going the extra mile. I was about to write off ALL Rush dealerships, but these guy restored my faith that there are good dealers and mechanics under the Rush name.”
