They do good work . They are also nice and helpful.
After this first review:: They called for me to pick my truck up. Went there truck was not ready. Needed to repaint door and didnt put bolts back holding gas tank. Finally went to pick up again left overspray on both doors. Girl said it was from the sun and it wouldnt come off. Inside of truck had film on everything from the paint and just really dirty. Never saw owner again after first time.
Would never go back there again and will not recommend them.

My daughter’s car was repaired by Complete Collision. We got it back a couple of months ago, but I wanted to be sure and leave a raving review and give credit where credit is due.

Not going through insurance, Andrew took on the challenge of repairing my daughter’s Audi A4 after a front-end collision, and it became an immense “project car” for him. I could go into all the details of every step taken and the obstacles he overcame, but this would be an endless review. Salvageable parts were repurposed from the car; other parts came from a “donor car.” Airbags, seat belts, windshield, and the dashboard had to be replaced and much of the front end components. Audis are not “cookie cutter” cars, and Andrew was able to solve every roadblock and incapatability of the various parts he had to work with as well as rogue computer codes. Bottom line is that Complete Collision went above and beyond the call of duty when most other people would have probably told me I was crazy and to trash the car. The more I write, the more I remember how much more they did for us.

When it came time to pick up “Bruno,” the car, I was amazed at the final result. The photos speak for themselves. The paint job was perfect. The work that was done reflects stellar skills and awesome talent. The work ethic of Andrew and Cassandra and their great personalities are things that I often find difficult to come by these days. They stayed true to their estimate, but I know the time involved exceeded it. I could go on and on.

I hope I never need car repairs of this sort again, but if I do, I will definitely go back to Complete Collision (if they’re willing to take me back). I can’t say enough good things about them and have recommended them to others as well. I’m so glad the other shops I called were substantially backed up because I ended up at exactly the right place.

These folks really want to help you. After my unexpected rendezvous with a deer and learning my insurance doesn't cover blind dates that go bad, Complete Collision was my needed rebound. Cassandra took my information with the understanding I may need more options to repair my vehicle in the most economical fashion. I was called regularly with updates until I received a dreaded call the damages have reached half the value of my car and they still needed to reach under the visible wreckage . At this junction I asked for help to find someone who would want my bad breakup. Within a day, they found someone. Transfer of vehicle ownership was quick and easy. I was given a check the same day. Andrew and his team have worked on several of our vehicles the past two years. They are flexible and actually care about getting you back into your vehicle in a reasonable time frame. We live in Boerne but take our service to them in Pipe Creek, because it's worth the drive. The team is professional and courteous. They are excellent at working with your insurance company too.
