    I called Medina Lake realty to try to sell a lot we had out in that area. I spoke Mike on a Thursday by Saturday we had an offer. The customer service was great the responsiveness was great We were very impressed. The whole transaction was very smooth considering there was a snow storm and we had a death in the family and were out of the state. Mike kept us informed at all times. I would recommend them to everyone they do a great job. Thanks so much Mike

    We began our search for the right water front property on Medina Lake by contacting several realtors in the area. Mr. Mike Mallory from Medina Lake Realty responded promptly and kindly and patiently worked with us from property to property for years until we found the perfect piece of land. Over the course of the this time Mr. Mallory scanned available properties, contacted us, drove us to the property and was always available to address any concerns. As buyers we never felt pressured only encouraged. We are extremely thankful to Medina Lake Realty their knowledge about the area, water level fluctuations and experience about the lake were instrumental in our choice for the purchase of our property. Additionally Mr. Mike Mallory has been available after the sale; he has been an excellent guide and provided information regarding area home builders and official local government offices and processes. Medina Lake realty simply put surpassed our expectations. Thanks Mike.

    When selling my house, Medina Lake Reality was my first choice. It is a true family owned and operated business. Both Mike and Matthew Mallory were extremely knowledgeable and personable every step of the way. Selling a home is always a stressful endeavor but I can honestly say with Medina Lake Reality on my side I felt comfortable and like I was in safe, competent hands.

    Wether you’re looking to buy or sell a home in the area you would be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable and experienced business to help you. They were always available for any questions and they even helped me avoid a scam because of their diligence and attention to detail. I’m extremely satisfied and would recommend them to my family and friends!

    In 2015 my wife and I were represented by Medina Lake Realty when purchasing a home in the general area. During that transaction I found the staff at this office both helpful, respectful and professional. Through the years when dealing with Medina Lake Realty I noticed that this office operated within the perimeters to do what was only legal , honest, and ethical. The advice that was given to me was what I thought to be for my best interest and never did I ever feel that I was being sold an ideal that would not benefit us . I have told many of my neighbors that I feel that the staff at this office has more knowledge of the area then any other real estate office in this general location. This point was once again proven to me over the last few weeks. I listed my property I think it was back in March of this year. After a month on the market I decided to put a bonus on the sale of my property . After another month I decided to add to the bonus to get more agents to show my listing . When I mentioned my idea to Matt and Mike they both suggested that I drop the price the same amount instead of giving a bonus. Well what happen was within a few weeks Matt called me up and had a cash offer. During our negations with the buyer Matt was very professional and was prompt in returning my calls. Matt also told me which I too believed to be true that he felt my property was for the money was one of the best values in that area and for me to be patient. I was and within 36 hours he was able to secure about 1500 dollars . In closing I would like to add this. I have instructed my wife ( who knows very little about real estate) that if something was to happen to me that I wanted her to utilize Medina Lake Realty in selling any and all properties that she would need are wanted to sale. Why ? Because I know she would get the best possible representation in the area .

    Just over ten years ago I contracted with Mike Mallory at Medina Lake Realty to purchase a waterfront property on Medina Lake. He was very helpful and respectable.
    Just a few years ago I contracted with him again to buy five acres a few miles away. Once again, he was very helpful.
    Several months ago I decided to sell the five acres on my own. After a couple of bites but no sale I decided to enlist the help of Mike and his son Matt at Medina Lake Realty. Well, it did not take but a few weeks after the listing went live on their page that it went under contract. I just closed on the sale of the land a few days ago.
    I am currently in the market for more land. Both Mike and Matt are working with me to find just the right property for me.
    I can not thank them enough for all their hard work.
