If you live in Bastrop, you really have no idea how lucky you are, unless you happen to train already at Insight, and then you already know... And I say this as a guy who owns another gym in Central Texas. We are fortunate enough to train with Insight and their affiliate in elgin regularly. This place cant be beat, in terms of: Facilities, people, instruction, competition, or atmosphere. If you are on the fence about trying insight and/or trying out BJJ , just go ahead and jump over that fence to Team Insight, you can thank me later.
