I would like to thank Officer Grover for taking the time and helping me deal with a stolen credit card issue. Although it was not skimmed in his county but was used in Bastrop County, he was willing to help me even after i had been transferred around from several different city/counties trying to get this resolved. Instead of transferring me back to other agencies he took the time to help me get this matter resolved. Very professional and helpful.

Your officers did not have to stop and help change a very tricky tire but they did. Two of them. They were incredibly nice and helpful and they helped out a stranded mom with 3 kids in the car. Stayed with us until all was well, and got us safely back onto the road. I didn't catch either of your names, but thank you so much!
