Parobek Plumbing & Air Conditioning

Jarret, Anthony, and Eugene have done amazing work on multiple AC units at our factory. We deal with a niche industry that has been causing a lot of issues with our ACs, but after finding Parobek, we finally have units that are running smoothly again. No matter how many times we called, they have answered quickly and happily. Their customer service has been flawless and their technicians are some absolutely hard workers!

Nicolas Clayson was the individual assigned to assess the problem with my water heater & provide options to solve the problem. He was courteous, professional, & highly knowledgeable. He laid out the possible solutions, costs, pros & cons, and scheduled my service appointment for the next business day. I could not have been more pleased. While waiting for Nick to finish the appointment before mine, Parobek called me several times to update me on his progress. This courtesy was very much appreciated.

Terry Cook & Landon, his apprentice plumber, were assigned by Parobek to install my new water heater & to perform maintenance on the second. These two were consummate professionals. They were friendly, attended to business, and were attentive to all of my questions and addressed any concern I brought up. They were a highly knowledgeable team & I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Part 3
Terry returned, this time with Jacob, to replace the kitchen faucet, which had become blocked up by sediment from the damaged water heater that Terry & Landon replaced a couple of days before. They, again, did an outstanding job. Towards the end of this job, I asked Terry to look at the connections to the clothes washer. This is an old house & upgrades/repairs have been needed for a long time. Terry examined the connections, quoted me a reasonable price for the replacement & repair, and we scheduled another visit. Parobek, to date, has done outstanding professional work, and I highly recommend them.

We had a self installed water softener that suddenly quit working. Ben arrived promptly this morning to inspect and walk me through the options. He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, all while helping us choose the best option for our situation. We ended up installing a new unit, Parobek sent out Julio and Landon to install not 3 hours later (same day!). They were beyond professional and educated me on the new system. They even hauled away the old unit, leaving my space perfectly set up. I am highly impressed with their service, promptness, and expertise. Highly recommend and happy with my new softener!

Second time using Parobek, this time for the downstairs unit. It had gone into safety lockout and would not come on. Called Parobek and they had someone out to our place ASAP.
Jarrett showed up and quickly diagnosed the high pressure lockout. Upon inspection, he found the coils almost completely clogged with dust and accumulation. For a very fair price, Jarrett cleaned out the coils and returned the unit to as-new operation. Jarrett also verified no other issues with the unit. Blowing snowballs downstairs now.

Jarrett was super professional and knowledgeable. He even returned our hose and sprinkler back to where it was. Details like that stand out to me. Parobek cares and takes care of business. Thanks Parobek!

Al came out to my Ranch to fix my AC unit and he was friendly, polite, and straight to the point on what could be wrong. He was efficient and shared the results in detail that gave me a visual to imagine.
Al was inspiring and very guiding through conversation about the beauty of my ranch and how connected I am with its nature and I really am grateful to have met a very conscious, kind and authentic human being. Thank you for sending Al… “😇🪽”
