Bruce (owner) is a great guy. He takes time to answer all your questions and NEVER rushes you to make any decisions. Bruce has actually lost out on sales because he fixed the issue I was having with my rifle. You won’t find a more honest and knowledgeable person to do business with. My experience with Mansfield Arms went extremely well. I had never purchased online and was concerned about the process since I could not see it in person first. However, Bruce made sure the federal license paperwork was on file with seller and let me know he would work with me to make sure i was satisfied with purchase.
