Total experience was to my satisfaction, and I highly recommend 5 Point Auto if you are ever in need of collision/restoration service. The team is very responsive, timely and considerate of your specific needs. I anticipated having to wait a full day (8 hours) to get my car back, but it took about 3 1/2 hours to complete and the work was "on point".....my car look brand new again. I caught something while driving a little while ago, causing my right front fender to detach. It recently got worse, with the wheel liner scraping against the tire, so I couldn't put it off any longer. I filed a claim with my insurance and found 5 Point Auto online, and I am so glad I did. They fixed the car quicker than anticipated, looking good as new, and were even able to work with me to save me the deductible on insurance.
