Always so nice and friendly. The lab nurse is exceptionally good at finding my cantankerous veins and NO pain when drawing blood. ❤️❤️
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Top notch Medical office, professional, caring, and just all around amazing. I was referred to Dr. Posnik for iron infusions. From the referral department, to scheduling the initial appointment, and the actual day of was a smooth process. I came in nervous but was quickly put at ease Desiree, was amazing and caring (we graduated MA school together) so it was refreshing to have a familiar face. Dr. Posnik explained everything and offered different courses of actions. Unfortunately my insurance didn’t want to approve the original order of a 2 series infusion. Tracy, called and explained everything and what steps we could take. Decided to go with a one and done infusion. The entire staff was caring, friendly, and genuine in their interactions. Best part about this is their office is located right behind the building I work in so location is no issue for me.
Highly recommend Dr. Posnik and his staff if you need a hematologist in the Bastrop area.
What can I say other than they literally saved my life! The good Dr at Texas Oncology save my life over and over before and after a stem cell transplant. Even now well after the cancer is gone they are still calling to make sure that I am fine. Dr.Kasper was my first doctor and diagnosed me initially and didn't give up when it seemed like the cancer was never going to stop. He made me laugh when I felt like all I could do was cry. He truly is an angel. Dr.Meeneghan took me on when I got back from my stem cell transplant in San Antonio and has worked with me on several accounts since Bastrop is very far from any specialists. He and his staff are very kind and very competent I have loved working with them and it has been hard to break away now that I don't have cancer anymore and need to go back to see normal doctors!
So far, my best experience at Texas Oncology offices has been at this location. Nice, efficient people.
