Ally Medical Emergency Room - Bastrop

We had an amazing experience at Ally. Their staff is wonderful and genuinely care about their patients. We were greeted by Erica and she was great and sweet as can be. We got right in with nurse Julie and Danielle and they were fantastic, the doctor, Pham came in and was very thorough and explained everything in language we could understand. The radiology tech Daniel was down to earth and quick! We were in and out within an hour. We will definitely use this facility again.

Kind, efficient and quick! I was out in 35 minutes from the time I walked in the door. I was promptly greeted as I walked in the door. Within 5 to 10 minutes I was taken in the back. The nurse that did the intake I was extremely nice and thorough. She made sure I was comfortable. By the time she was walking out of the door the x-ray tech was walking in the door to x-ray my foot. The x-ray techs name is Michael. He is absolutely amazing! We were chitchatting and he made me feel very comfortable and I didn’t even think about the pain in my foot. The doctor that came and saw me was amazing. I can’t say enough about the team that help me that night. They work well together and it looks like they have a good time and they make the customers feel amazing!!! Keep it up!

The staff at Ally was the best! I’ve never had a better experience at any medical center from the front desk to the X-ray technician. My overall experience was excellent and comfortable. I was in and out a lot faster than one expects from an ER. I would recommend Ally Medical to anyone in need of an ER. Thank you to all the staff at Ally Medical in Bastrop for a great experience!

On Sunday afternoon I was at the ER with a rather scary event happening. The staff on duty were INCREDIBLE and made me feel so safe, educated, and comfortable. Royce who brought me back to the room was kind and welcoming. Sal who took my vitals was quick and communicated with me what the numbers meant. Dr. Barrios expressed his concerns in a way that provided education but did not scare me. Last but not least my nurse Heidi went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was feeling comfortable and safe during the whole event. She sat with me and reassured me throughout the process and at the end clapped and smiled with us after good news. I can’t express enough how awesome my experience was. Thank you all so so much for taking care of me.
