Loved staying here! We were the only guests (not creepy at all). BBQ was good, cheap beer, very clean and well maintained cabin and washrooms. Owners were fantastic. Will definitely come back!
I booked a cabin for my birthday celebration. There are 4 cabins total and I had 3 of 4 back in 2020. Lisa Rose was fabulous to work with. I would have booked all 4 cabins out but because of a computer error they double booked cabin 4. Lisa was gracious and allowed me and my group to choose the movie playing that evening. I had just the best time. The brisket is tasty, the cabins are lovely. The bathrooms are outside of the cabins but accessible by code only giving to overnight guests. They were super clean and smelled like a spa. I would absolutely go back and loved everything about my experience. Thank you The Gas Station and Lisa Rose.
Some of the best BBQ I've ever had! Really unique BBQ spot, this is the film site of the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre, they have lots of merchandise which was really cool! Excellent backyard eating area as well, it was great for enjoying my BBQ 😊👍
Great place to eat. The atmosphere is great. People are very nice and knowledgeable about the place and movie. They are having a meet and greet in Feb. I will be there. Food is very tasty!
I love this place!!!
A. The BBQ Rocks.
B. The atmosphere Rocks.
C. The day I lost my dog, they did everything they could to help me find her. They spotted her after 3 days of looking and she's home safe. Good folks.
D. Again, the BBQ Rocks.
