Chris was amazing at the bastrop location. He answered all of our questions. My granddaughter just feel asleep so My husband stayed in the car while I went in and looked. Chris showed me around and then even again when I went to the car for my husband to come in. He was friendly and took the time to show us the different mattresses and asked us question about how we sleep and all to find the perfect bed for us. Will defiantly send people his way. Him and Caleb were both amazing.

Chris, the sales person, was helpful and very knowledgeable. He was patient while I checked out all the wonderful different beds they have for sale… And made my decision about which product I would buy. And they had a great sale going on!

I had a fantastic experience here. Chris was the representative that helped us select our new mattress. After we described our situation and needs, Chris instantly had some floor models to show us. When we inquired further about another style of mattress he checked the inventory and brought out another sample which was perfect for us. The entire experience was super pleasant, 10/10 would recommend this store to other bed shoppers.
We almost went to R-A-C and are so relieved we did not, this was definitely the right choice.

After a very frustrating experience with IKEA, I decided to drive here after reading all of the wonderful reviews. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Caleb, and he quickly helped me find the best mattress to suit my needs. It seems like he knows every mattress like the back of his hand and was able to suggest one for me that was not in stock but matched the firmness and feel of another one that was in stock. I haven’t gotten the mattress delivered yet so my review isn’t based on the product, only the excellent service I received.
And I love knowing that if I don’t love this mattress I can return it. All in all it was a hassle-free experience and I appreciate the guidance and help that Caleb provided.
