  We visit about once a month. It's stated natural but don't let that fool you. Campbell and the rest of the team put a ton of effort into maintaining the wild growth, keeping up the paths, and clearing around the plots. It's more like a walk in the park. After the loss of my Father-in-law, my wife and I bought a plot for ourselves to ensure that we are prepared.

  I, for one, can think of nothing better than to be buried surrounded by cats and dogs. If there's a Heaven but there are no pets there, what's the point?!
  
  I have never dealt with Eloise Woods or the owner, but I am putting in my will that I want a natural burial.

  Something that we need to see available in more locations statewide. Do not let a funeral home tell you that embalming is required by law because it IS NOT! The law only requires that the body be refrigerated until buried. Natural burial is legal everywhere as long as you're buried in a natural burial park, like Eloise Woods. This is a beautiful property that is well cared for and myself, I'd love to be surrounded by everybody's loving pets when I'm laid to rest! I can think of nothing better!

  This burial ground is a wonderful, beautiful, natural wooded area with wildflowers, winding tree shaded hiking trails, and natural stones marking the graves. The owner takes excellent care of the grounds, information, and families. The information that animals are buried in this wooded park is openly advertised so it stands to reason that if you purchase a plot in an area where animals may be buried, you may expect to have an animal buried near your plot. This burial park is so peaceful and lovely, I purchased my plot today.

  My family purchased two family size burial plots at Eloise Woods, and two of our beloved family members are buried there. I plan to be buried next to them when it is my time. My best friend, my 15-year old dog will be buried in the family plot as well, next to the rest of the family members. I am sorry that someone had an unhappy experience. Perhaps talking it over calmly with the owner, not angrily, and trying to come to a better understanding would be a better idea than having all of those negative spam reviews posted by people who obviously have never visited Eloise Woods and haven't actually had first hand experience with the situation. The burial park with it's many walking trails, wildflowers, trees, birds, is a beautiful, peaceful, comforting place to mourn our losses, and to watch the cycles of nature as the seasons change. I have known the owner for several years, and she is a compassionate, caring person who is providing a wonderful more natural option to the formal, dreary, sad cemeteries that most people are used to.
