We had to pick up a couple of cars. The office personnel really worked with us so everything went smoothly. The forklift driver was helpful too even though it was time for him to get off. Organized lot..I like that.

So I had to go say good bye to my baby one last time and get my personal belongings out of my Lexus LS430. One lady was extremely nice the other was ok with that fml demeanor but she still helped out. Also if they're had been more people working because it was busy I would have rated it 5 🌟

Good friendly people to deal with

It was not as bad as the reviews state. Veronica, the driver was GREAT. She was very professional and friendly despite the vehicle she had to drive us around in. There was no ac, only one window worked, the power steering was busted BUT Veronica still provided excellent service with a smile. There were a few things missing from the truck but the important stuff was there.
