Awesome awesome awesome!! They helped me aquire the right parts and explained to me (showed me) exactly how to replace them on a washer that I was about to throw out!! Basically saved me about $500-$600!! Thank you Joe's Appliance!!!

Very friendly and professional. I was able to purchase the part I needed for my dryer. And even saw brand new appliances at a decent affordable price and has a 2 month layaway plan. I will be back to purchase again.

I called and spoke with owner and I was very pleased with how he was willing to share his professional advise regarding the problem I was experiencing with my washer and he gave me a few possibilities I could be having with the washer and mind you was willing to check it out and see if it would be worth repairing however it could be expensive and not worth the investment as the washer was over 20 years plus a Maytag , well I decided that a new one would be best so because he was so kind to me over the phone , I ask if he could use it for parts and he accepted so if anyone eve needs some advise I highly recommend you give him a call. Very nice man.
