Working with CertaPro was amazing! They were very professional, on time, worked hard and efficiently, and were also kind while working in our home. Before hiring CertaPro, many painters did not even show up to scheduled appointments for quotes, or would show up very late. Working with Certa Pro was a breath of fresh air. They were very communicative through the whole process, and gave very detailed notes and instructions. There were no surprise fees or charges. we will be using them again if we need more painting!
I had both the interior (walls, ceilings, crown moldings, base boards, doors and frames) and exterior of my 3000 sq ft house painted. They did a phenomenal job! Even fixed cosmetic issues the builder refused to correct. The house looks better than when new. Owner, Doug Eubanks was friendly and listened to all my concerns. The crew (Ivan, Cruz, and Javier) were efficient and meticulous. They were quiet as I worked from home. They cleaned up before leaving each day. I’m extremely happy with the end result. I have nothing but praise for all of them. HIGHLY recommend them.
Certapro Painters of San Antonio West is a family run business that takes pride in the quality of their work. Doug Eubanks and his incredible team of painters were conscientious, respectful, professional and paid attention to detail. Mr. Eubanks ensured that my expectations from the planning stage to the finished product of the job were met. My floors, furniture and all surfaces were meticulously covered and protected while the work was performed. I was impressed by the ability of Mario and his team’s ability to do such a wonderful job while working around our daily routine. Payment for the job was made after the job was reviewed and fully competed. Certapro West was not the least expensive bid I received, but the quality of their work was worth every penny.
