John was responsive, communicative, honest, and respectful. I went to him for a second opinion on some expensive repairs that were recommended by a different mechanic. He was honest about the condition of the vehicle and didn't pressure me to do any unnecessary repairs. The $932 repair recommended by the other mechanic turned out to be totally unnecessary.
