I was able to check in without an appointment and appreciate the screen showing me how long the wait would be. There was hand sanitizer and tissue along with waiting chairs and a sign that explained how they don’t overbook. On a Sunday morning, the wait was 2 hours and I used the text my phone so that I could leave and return when notified. It was a busy morning for Amber the practitioner that saw me. She was friendly, showed genuine care, asked questions to understand, and didn’t make me feel rushed. Amber took the time to address my concerns and perform necessary tests for my head, ears, nose, and throat. The Caste Hills CVS Minute Clinic is nice and not too far away. I especially liked being able to fill my prescription at the pharmacy within CVS and getting a water at the front check out.
Everyone in the store shows excellent teamwork. Great job!!!

I had a great experience my first time at the minute clinic. The online check-in option sped things up and I was seen almost instantly after checking in at the kiosk upon arrival. The lady was direct and informative and I was in and out in less than an hour for their ear irrigation service. I was prescribed preventative drops and given advice on how to further prevent a reoccurrence of this issue

I'm uninsured but I went online to do the hold my place in-line, and I showed up, I had to fill out the rest of my information. I was seen almost immediately by the friendliest Doctor I've ever interacted with before. She was so kind and was able to find out quickly what I had. She even tried to help me save as much money as I can. She was really kind, and I'm so thankful for this place that I could be treated and not charged TOO much, I mean it wasn't super cheap but it certainly was reasonably priced and definitely in my budget. But yeah I'm thankful I could receive the medical attention I needed, and by such a kind person. If I get sick again I'm definitely coming to this place again.
