(September 21, 2019, 1:53 pm)I recommend this yoga sanctuary for everyone!! Nydia is absolutely amazing and is truly unique. I appreciate each time I attend a class I am never encouraged to do anything beyond the point of discomfort. There is no competitive energy in these classes. I love the constant reminders to simply "Breathe" and "if breathing is all you can do, then you are doing enough".. If you are seeking a personalized approach at your own pace to Yoga this is the place for you! Each time I attend here are all types of lovely people, ranging in age, body types, male/female, are present and encouraged to do what their body allows. You will also love the nature surrounding this yoga studio. It’s a beautiful relaxing environment full of love and welcoming. I LOVE YOU NYDIA's YOGA THERAPY. Will never look for another place!
(June 25, 2018, 1:36 pm)Nydia was great! I basically had a private session since no one else showed up today. She was warm and welcoming and super intuitive in instruction. I’m not knowledgeable in yoga but know this was a great welcoming space. Y’all should definitely try it out.
