They were fast and courteous. I will definitely be bringing my daughter here again if she gets sick was very impressed by the staff. Great job thank you for helping my daughter
The staff was so friendly and super nice. We were in and out very fast. They accepted our insurance and gave the best care to my son and got us out quickly so we cld get to the pharmacy for his medicine. The medicine was ready upon arrival at the pharmacy. Exceptional service!!!!!!! We had a student NP and the Licensed NP and both did an amazing job!!! I welcome students. We all must learn and start somewhere. I was extremely pleased with the care from start to finish. Every step was pleasant from entering to exiting! I highly recommend this place !!!
I was pleased by the courteous front desk staff and the promptness of being seen. We made an appointment online for my 7 year old daughter who had been running a high fever and was feeling awful and there was no wait for the visit except while I filled out forms. When we went back the nurse (maybe? I'm not sure) was efficient and got vitals done promptly and brought us to the exam room. The first person to come in introduced themselves as a Physician Assistant Student, which surprised me as the patient was a child but she simply asked a few questions, listened to the lungs and heart and looked at the nose, throat and ears. After the exam she said that the symptoms looked exactly like what her own daughter had which kept her in bed for 10 days and was an unknown virus. Needless to say it scared both my daughter and I, as the last thing any parent wants to hear is "we don't know what's wrong or how to treat it" and the fact that the student practitioner's child had the same unbreakable fever symptom and was terribly I'll for 10 days was not encouraging. Then the student practitioner left and a bit later in came another practitioner (who I thought was a doctor until he corrected me at the end) the same questions were asked, same exam given. He ordered a flu swab. So he left, in came the nurse from the beginning with a swab for the nose, he explained to her he needed to put the swab in her nose and she wasn't going to like it, sat down beside her, gently put his arm around her and proceeded to get the necessary sample. I was impressed with his efficiency, however I was a bit put off by it too as when he left the room my daughter began to cry because it hurt. What the nurse didn't know is that my daughter is TERRIFIED of doctors because of the fear of getting shots and things, so an interaction like that help where he told her what was going to happen and didn't give her time to really process it to avoid any unnecessary outbursts or anxiety on the child's part did not make her feel any more at ease with medical professionals and has actually made it worse. After the test confirmed she had the flu the practitioner came back in, explained the diagnosis, the need for her to be out of school until Friday, the order of the necessary medicine and basic instructions for taking care of my daughter with the flu.
All in all the whole thing was a decent enough experience and was quick. I just wish that a new fear of the doctors didn't happen.
The few times I have been were great! From the professionalism to the time they get you in and out. Definitely beats going to the hospital if you can use Fast Aid Urgent Care. It's close for me no overcrowded er room. The staff is caring and respectful. Always attentive and you can tell they want to help you right along any way they can.
Clean clinic, prompt service, zero wait time, as I was the only one being seen at the time. I'm not too keen on nurse practitioners but my doctor was out of the office for two weeks and I knew I had a sinus infection that couldn't wait. The NP checked my ears, nose and throat and listened to my lungs as was expected. He was thorough in explaining his diagnosis. Was not rushed to get me out of there. All in all a very good experience and should I need to go back, I would without hesitation.
