Stout’s Signature

Our family had a wonderful time at Stout's this evening (Friday, 10/27). The food was delicious, the smoked Heaven's Gate cocktail was a blast, and most importantly, Corban was a tremendous server! Super professional and friendly, he treated our party well, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu, and helped to lend to the overall fun atmosphere! In fact, the whole staff was wonderful, and we never felt a sense of them perceiving us as a being a burden, which is the case at some other establishments where the staff don't want to be bothered. Kudos to Corban and everything about Stout's!

Great service from the bartender, Amanda. In town for vacation and it was easy to get to the restaurant (Tuesday night). We shared the bread board and I had the risotto for main course. Pumpkin pie crème brûlée for dessert. Happy with the whole experience. Would come back if we are in town again. Thanks again Amanda for the extra sparkle (glitter) with our dinner.

Amazing! Everything from the service to food to decor was absolutely amazing! Can’t wait to come back! Matthew, our waiter, was top notch and so friendly and had no problem answering our questions and explaining the menu items in detail. Definitely a great experience! Come to Montana, please!

I had the pleasure of dining at Stout's Signature in San Antonio, and the highlight of my evening was undoubtedly the impeccable service provided by Carl. From the moment we were seated until the last bite of our delicious meal, Carl's warm and attentive approach made our dining experience truly exceptional.

We were here for our wedding anniversary! The ambience is chill and welcoming. Our food was phenomenal, from the appetizers to our entree and the our waitress, Lauren made the experience even more memorable!! She was welcoming, checked in on us and was extremely thoughtful.
