(May 18, 2019, 8:51 pm)I love this gym. It’s nothing fancy. The people who use it come to work out. They don’t come to pose. The trainers are knowledgeable and no one tries to sell you on upgrades.
(May 16, 2019, 10:05 am)Iris is such a great instructor!!!! Body Flow is challeging and she pushes you through it. I have not used the gym just yet. However, I do enjoy the classes.
(April 29, 2019, 11:25 pm)I love this place! The staff here is amazing! They care about you and your goals. There are so many different amenities and classes to join. I always feel right at home. It was really important i had childcare as well and the care team and playroom is wonderful!! Fully stocked shake bar, apparel, drinks, protein, tons of equipment, swimmimg pool, hot tub, & a full schedule of classes everyday to try as well. I am really enjoying my membership here! Defintely glad I joined! ????
