The title, unknownly to a child, fills them with a feeling of importance and accountability. He strives for excellence and expects the same from his teachers/auxiliary staff. There are a few teachers/ Aux. staff who have yet to comprehend that thier lack of empathy when speaking to a child/adult is misleading. I hope that they will learn to THINK before they speak. Nevertheless, I know all is well when my child is in school.
