Husband had been serching all over town for 1989 Chevy break caliper. All the BIG BOX Corporate auto parts didnt even want to hear us out on what part we needed. One place had mentioned to us" Go to Gonzalez Auto Parts", cause they will probably help you out more than us....

I referred a friend to this shop because I have heard good things about the shop. She told me they gave her a good deal on a brand-new pair of tires.

This is for Mr. Rene... On Sunday you came in to GAP yelling and cursing at the 2 men behind the counter about your refund. You told one of the guys there (ROB) that you came in on Saturday at 5:40 and that the store was closed. He apologized to you told you that they closed at 5:00 on Saturday's and you were yelling that the on line hours showed they closed at 6:00. The man behind the counter again apologized to you about the hours being wrong but you did not care and kept cursing them out. He then turned to me and apologized because I had my daughter with me about what was going on in the store and he asked you to leave and he wouldn't be able to help you. I wouldn't have helped you either acting like an idiot and disrespecting everyone in the store. People always want to post the bad and want everyone to see what happened but you only put down one side of the story. This is the second part of the story that you left out and didn't want people to know.
I will let the guys at GAP know about this today when I see them. Next time I hope you put down everything that happens instead of a
one-sided story. Next time show some respect and look for kid's before you start cursing. IDIOT!!!
