I am the owner of Just The Drip, a coffeehouse in San Antonio. I proudly serve Quantum Coffee Roasters and have worked with Fidel Moreno, owner of Quantum Coffee since 2018. I appreciate the passion Quantum dedicates to his craft and this is evident in the coffee he produces. He goes above and beyond for his customers as well as being available and providing personalized service to my small business, all while working full time job as an educator!

Been ordering Quantum Coffee since my trip to SATX 6 months ago. I have tried many many different types of coffee from all around SATX, Seattle, and various places across the country but Quantum is one of my absolute favorites. I use it for espresso shots on my home espresso machine and the quality is there every single time. The Point Park blend is my favorite! Their strawberry lemonade cold brew and the cucumber cold brew options are to die for if you’re not into the traditional coffee taste, but still need some good caffeine. Prices are extremely affordable for the quality of product you’re getting and the customer service is amazing. Fidel and the rest of the Quantum crew are fantastic. Highly recommend them if you’re local to the SATX area or looking for a small batch roaster to use for personal use or at your coffee shop.

Quantum offers quality espresso in a cozy setting. The cortado was delicious and had a full flavor without too much acidity. I brought my three little kiddos and the barista made them some steamers. They were super welcoming, despite the chaos we tend to bring. The playground was also a nice addition to let the kids get their wiggles out.

Quantum is a marvelous coffee roaster with fresh beans roasted to order. It would be hard to imagine better customer service!
