Jessica is extremely knowledgeable about Disney and all it has to offer. She kept me up date on our travels plans and was available any time I had a question....and i had LOTS of questions! She was so organized - she gave us recommendations on where to stay, where to eat, trip itinerary, everything. She was up at the crack of dawn to get us the FastPasses and dining reservations we wanted. She clearly knows Disney - and it shows.
