Chris was amazing from start to finish. He was very informative, explained the process well, and provided different options. This is my new favorite place for any future car care, it is such a relief my vehicle got taken care of and now I can drive with a peace in mind!

Great job, thank you. One of our windshield wipers stopped working (while it was pouring) shortly after we began our drive back from South Padre. We managed for the remainder of the drive, but we called ahead and spoke to Chris. We arrived at Caliber about 30 minutes before they closed and they had us in and out in less than 10 minutes. Caliber Auto Car in Alamo Ranch was awesome from arriving till when I left. I arrived and someone walked me from y car to the service desk, and Jerry kept me informed the whole time. I was super impressed with their customer service and will definitely be back.

So, since this location is super close to my home, it truly is a blessing to be able to trust that you can bring your car to a location and get much needed work done. This location gave me a surprise. I didn't expect. I came in, and the workers were so helpful and friendly that I felt at home. But the best part was once I dropped off, I was expecting 2 days or more turnaround, but I was wrong. I got called 3-4 hours later, saying "sir if you can make it come in before we close, or you can pick up the next day." I was so happy cause we have 3 cars and one of them. I don't like to drive but will if I have to. So, thanks for the speedy recovery of my vehicle 🙏.
