Pecos Flats

I have been a resident at Pecos Flats for the past year and have been pleasantly pleased by the property, staff and overall environment at this property. Maintenance responds to service requests speedily and will even follow-up with a phone call for further questions, if needed. Leasing staff is easy to get ahold of via phone during business hours or by e-mail. They also keep residents informed of their updated hours for Holidays, when/where local Food Trucks will be at our property and other property news/information. The property is decently lit and I feel comfortable walking to my mailbox or for a brisk stroll in the evenings.

It's in easy access on/off 151, Quick Trip was recently built across the intersection and has decent gas prices and close to a variety of restaurants/stores.

Shawnee is a wonderful human being and great management personnel !!!!!! She is so respectful and easy going. We are very appreciative of her kindness.

Although our stay here was brief, the staff was helpful, kind and always ready to help our family through difficult times. I will say that the walls a remarkable thin; it felt more like living in large house than individual apartment homes. I saw the value in what they had to offer and would highly recommend it for anyone looking!

I visited PECOS FLATS asking for information and viewing, a very professional and young woman named Shaune accomidated me with the outmost Sincere Quality Customer Service. The tour was with a Smile and all my questions were answered and i knew because if her i was Home.
Shaune is not just management she is a Customer Specialist and I highly appreciate her. Angelic and Caring. Thank You...I love living at PECOS FLATS
