Staff is very friendly and made the entire process easy! I want to specifically shout out Jeremy, he took care of me and today I’m walking out with an iPhone 13 pro max!

This is a Newly opened location has friendly, helpful staff. We have been to other locations but "the feel" we got from those stores was that unless you are there to get a new phone, the help is minimal. Not here! Yes, our 1st visit was 3 weeks ago to get a updated new phone. This time we had some questions and needed help with some phone features and during our entire visit, we never felt rushed. We were provided with Excellent Customer Service! We still have a couple of phones to update within our plan and we will surely be coming back to this location for our phones.

Was a very quick in and out experience. We went for a repair but ended up coming out with two new phones. I dont know if it was the pushy sales people just doing their job but dang do they work fast. I would go here if you are looking for an upgrade. Takes less then 20 minutes.

This place was dynamic. Marla and Josie knocked it out of the park. I came in expectating to buy a particular internet package and phone. I got a very kind and thorough education on things that might work better for what I wanted. Not just sales people pushing products. I did end up buying both things I needed but at a much better fit. Marla and Josie are my new go to team. I'll be back and make referrals too. What an excellent surprise.
