Today was my dad’s first visit with Dr.Gonzaba. When we first walked in the staff is very friendly and they will greet you as soon as you walk in. The staff will answer any questions you have and assist you with any assistance you may need. Dr.Gonzaba is very patient, kind, caring and respectful! He answered any questions my dad or myself had. Dr.Gonzaba will take the time to go over all information with you. Dr.Gonzaba reassured my dad and I that if my dad needs anything not to hesitate and to let him know or give the office a call. I was looking for a doctor exactly like this for my dad; one who is very patient with the elderly, and I’m so glad I found Dr.Gonzaba. I was very very pleased with todays visit! I will always recommend the GMG to friends and family. From personal experience with Dr.Gonzaba I will recommend him from here on out! Switching my dad’s PCP has been the BEST decision I’ve ever made! They really live up to their slogan “WE TREAT PATIENTS COMO FAMILIA!” (WE TREAT PATIENTS LIKE FAMILY) they definitely did that! Dr. William Thomas Gonzaba is the perfect example of a patient continuity of care from my point of view. His detailed explanation of lab results and familiarity with my health history provides confidence in the health-designed plan going forward. In my view, Dr. Gonzaba represents what medicine should be across the city, state, and country for every patient in the healthcare system.

Dr Gonzaba’s viste today very well. He shared my scan results and they were good, but he had recommendation I didn’t agree with. He’s the doctor though. Left him upset and frustrated though, because he does care. Advised, or told me, to stop taking so many Tylenol, and I told him I did because of headaches and earaches. And not sleeping but 2 hours a night. This has gone on for over 12 years and at 74, this is not good for me.Dr. Gonzaba has sent me to specialist to no avail. No one has been able to diagnose me correctly and stopped me from being in constan, 24/7 pain and no restful sleep. He doesn’t want to diagnose and sleeping pills, but 30mg of Melatonin does not help at all. Neither do over the counter meds. Hope he and others understand what I go thru daily.

All our family loves Dr. Tom. He truly cares about his patients. He took such loving care of our beloved father before his death in 2016 and he continues to take care of our precious mother also. It has been such a comfort knowing that Dr. Tom has always taken care of our parents with genuine love and concern.
