“This place is a great benefit to the community but the staff need to have more training on how to understand the community their dealing with. These people have no other access to care and often times are going through a multitude of issues. This staff treats them like regular individuals and often don't listen or have a lack of patience which only causes more tension and at the worst can lead to terrible misdiagnosis. I think they need to be re trained on how to work better with their community. That being said the social workers and counseling department are amazing and full of patient kind people. The doctors and receptionist on the other hand are overwhelmed.”
