“So I’d like to start off by mentioning that I am definitely not a “write a review” type of person. So I want this to be first indication of how incredibly impressed I was with Southway Ford, specifically with the annex location and specifically with 2 salesmen, Mike Williams and Enrique Torres! In my opinion, car shopping (in my case truck shopping) is pretty much torture. Well I can honestly say this truck shopping experience was so painless I’m still in shock at the experience. So much so I felt compelled to actually write a review. Mike was my initial/official salesmen. He was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and very very patient with me. He was determined I was not going to leave without a new truck and with a truck i actually wanted, and not with a “consolation prize” vehicle that just made the numbers work lol Southway Ford was extremely generous with my trade in, which was a big factor in making the deal possible. Now just because papers were signed and I drove home with my dream vehicle, believe it or not that was NOT the last I saw/heard from Mike and Enrique. The service provided in the following days with a couple of items we agreed upon was amazing. They did not forget about me nor did they dodge phone calls. They immediately came through with the items we had agreed upon before papers were signed! As I mentioned earlier, I am still in shock with how amazing and painless this truck shopping experience went. I would most definitely, 100%, recommend Southway Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle!”
