Without asking, the receptionist anticipated my need and contacted the rental car office to come pick me up. Impressive! Adriana was at the front desk and confirmed they would get to me immediately. Within 5 minutes, a mechanic named Bo had my car on the lift and explained to me exactly what was wrong. They offered some very cost-effective solutions and I made it back home within the hour. Great experience.
