On the 15th of October, 2019 I went to the JBSA Satellite pharmacy to submit 17 prescription. It was the usual full house and a few of the patron were expressing their displeasure with the service. When it was my turn I went to the window and was greeted by Airman OROO. He was courteous and responsive to my needs. His uniform was very sharp and he presented himself as I would consider a sharp troop. He ran into a couple of snags due my Dr. failing to complete the scripts correctly. Airman OROO checked with one of the technicians and resolved the problem very quickly. He presented himself and the pharmacy and the Air Force in an outstanding manner. You can be proud to have this type of individual representing you and the Air Force. If I could impose on some of your very valuable time I would appreciate you personally giving him a KUDO from an old "War Horse" who was impressed with his service.

Computers are down today and the wait is horrible!!!! The ONLY good experience with this visit was Capt. Beidel.....who did everything he could to take care of the people waiting for their prescriptions to be checked in. Thank You Captain Beidel!!!!!
