(April 16, 2019, 7:45 am)I was visiting from Florida and had emergency. This location wasn't to far from where I was staying. They immediately took me in. Treated me kindly and we're compassionate about my situation. The staff had a sense of urgency and they were all very friendly. By far the best experience I've had in an emergency clinic. If I'm ever in the area again I know exactly where to go for an emergency. Thank you to all the staff at The Pearl for providing me with the best medical experience!

(April 12, 2019, 12:07 pm)Best ER care I have ever received. From the moment I arrived, I was immediately greeted and asked to fill out a 1 page intake form. Within 5 minutes I was put in an exam room. Medical Assistant was checking my vitals and RN was asking very through questions. He was carefully listening and reiterating. Within 10 minutes Dr. Bishop came in and reiterated was I said to the RN and asked more questions and addressed my concerns. Dr. Bishop is caring and a great listener. Best medical care I have ever received. Thank you to all the staff for your great work. Much appreciated. Highly recommend this ER facility

We only had to fill out one paper, we were back in a room in minutes, and the doctor and nurses were in the room getting things done constantly. Everyone was so nice and it was really laid-back for an ER.
Then after we got home, we received a follow up call, two follow up emails, and a get well card!
If you need an ER in SA, definitely go here! -

A very family friendly place, the clinic really cares for it patient and community, and will go the extra length to ensure the wellness of the people visiting. Highly recommend this place to anyone who seeks a comfortable visit with highly trained professionals' evaluation and care.

This was one of the easiest and medical visits I’ve ever had—I only wish I had visited them sooner for the respiratory illness I’ve been suffering through for over a week. The follow-up call by another physician 2 days later was greatly appreciated. I recommend them for cost-effective, competent, and caring medical treatment.
