  Excellent services throughout our experience! It is often I find my self in a restaurant where the environment is nice, the menu looks good, and the staff is friendly, but then when my food comes I find the fork to be dirty. This is not the case for Cavender's team, and I mean truly a team in the whole value chain. Oscar G. showed us the car we were interested, was friendly and patient, didn't push for a sale, instead he calmly went over the features of the car as we were driving and wanted to make sure he answered all our questions. He shared with us about the Cavender group, showed us the service line, where we would be going to wash the car, etc. Once we made the decision, he introduced us to Dustin H. and gave us privacy. Dustin H. came in and introduced himself, and asked if we were planning to finance through them, I was so happy with the rate he got for us, exactly what we were hoping for. Then we met Michael D. who went over the purchase agreement, down payment, package features, etc. All three listened to what we were asking and addressed all of our questions. Such a pleasant experience and such a great team! We are very happy we chose Cavender GMC! Least but not last, this guy showed up out of nowhere at some point and offered us some water bottles. I came to find out later he was the Son of Cavender working on a Saturday evening just like everyone else!

  We had such a great experience with Cavender Buick GMC North. This was our second time doing business with them and we couldn't be happier. It had been 7 years since our last purchase at this location but again, the experience was definitely more than 5 stars. I submitted an online request for a vehicle we were interested in and William Kirk contacted me right away. We looked over some other vehicles as well and William definitely understood what we were looking for. We were able to find the exact vehicle we were looking for with all the features we needed. The purchase process and trade in experience exceeded our expectations and we were beyond pleased with the outcome and purchase price. We can't thank William enough for all he did as well as the finance office. Everything was a smooth process from beginning to end. We definitely felt we were taken care of by Cavender North!

  My experience with Cavender was my first, but let me say it was outstanding. I credit this to my salesman, Javier. Javier was quick to reach out after I showed interest as well as keep me up to date on all changes in a very quick manner. He was down to earth and knew how to connect with me and make me feel comfortable throughout the process. Javier is a top notch as salesman. I wish there were more like him. When you're ready to purchase, ask for Javier.

  I had such a great experience with this dealership. My representative was William Kirk who was so helpful. I live in Lake Tahoe Nevada and found a 4Runner online. William helped me get a lower financing rate than my bank, made sure to answer all questions regarding paperwork, and helped me ship my car from Texas to Nevada. He also took body photos of the car before shipping to ensure the car arrived in the same condition! Such a great experience and highly recommended!

  My experience with Cavender Buick GMC North was excellent. We were treated with nothing but respect and professionalism from our first steps in the door. Our sales agent, William Kirk, provided excellent customer service. He was prompt to respond to my questions both via email and over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and worked within my budget to help secure my dream car. Michael in finance was great to work with and explained all paperwork very thoroughly. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be returning for future purchases.
