  The staff at Huebner Creek is incredible. The building might not be the newest on the block, but the staff does whatever it takes to make it the best rehab/long term stay possible. Thank you!!!

  My father has had a recent short stay in the rehabilitation side at Huebner Creek. The whole idea of leaving my elderly dad with Dementia at an unfamiliar place was quiet scary. I couldn't be more pleased with this facility. Every person I encountered on the floor was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Each nurse and CNA were beyond great! Even the dining room staff was amazing! And the young lady greeting the people coming in was right up there too! I'm sure Huebner Creek had nothing to do.with the residents there bit I sure made some new friends. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. Sadly, because there is no bed available for him in the long term section, my father is having to be transferred to a different facility. Hoping this new facility can meet Huebner Creek's high standards.

  My mom G.M. came here for therapy i was amazed of the care that she had i work for the hotel business and I know the character of a person when I see them I want to acknowledge nurses Nathan n Sammy for their careness n promp attention my mom received thank you so much if could name all of them I would these 2 are amazing and I highly recomend this place good job everyone keep up the good work .

  I've been beside myself with respect for the staff of CNA's (Ms.Sammy, Ms, Evelyn, Emanuel and Victor)= Exceptional, professional, compassionate, OVER WORKED BY WORKING DOUBLE SHIFTS, can't say enough because they really helped me!!!
  Therapy: Ed, Jennifer, Alisia (spelling off), lady who helps Jennifer with pony tail, ....they help patients recover and are dedicated! Then there is Matheu who is at the front area who helps patients when we need help like: bed pans, serving meals, asking if we need anything, example when I couldn't get into bed and he helped me, helped me because couldn't use leg but he was there to help.... I asked why was he helping me when this wasn't his job..he said there is no job title when someone needs help and that patients are to be helped as needed by all of us without a job discription!! That is exceptional in my book, and this is why my rating for here is A++++++++++++++. And it smells s nice, never dirty smell like some rehab places, Huebner Creek Rehab needed to be proud of their staffing, BUT hire more CNA's!! Thank you for help!!!! (Am here recovering from a broken hip, my name is Sylvia Y. Aubuchon in room 501A!!!!!!!)

  The long term care unit is friendly and they work hard at maintaining a home like environment. Holidays are festive and decorations remind everyone of the season. Food is really good.
