(November 1, 2015, 8:54 am)While the hours arent the most convenient. Arce will make accomodations with you provided you call her before the end of business off hours and open the gates for you. She has a life too so even though she lives on site doesny mean she is obligated you MUST communicate with HER!! She is very knowledgeable and sweet once you get passed the 20 yrs of working in the storage facility business! The only thing I dont love is the price but they do what yhey do to protect our items and Im ok with paying a little more than I would somewhere else, gives me that peace of mind.
