Northgate Health and Rehabilitation Center

I had a wonderful experience with this facility during my dad's last few days in hospice care. I had been there 12 hours a day, every day, up until the day he passed away. The night before he passed, I asked if I could spend the night with him and the nurses were so accommodating, they even brought in a bed for me to sleep in next to him! The following day, I had stepped out to briefly to go grab something to eat when I got the call that my dad had passed. When I arrived back to his room, one of the tech's, Leslie, came looking for me. She came to tell me that she had been with my father, reading him scripture from the Bible, when he took his last breath. She cleaned up for my arrival and held me for what felt like an eternity while I cried. She even helped me take the shirt off of him so I could keep it. That woman is a blessing. The administrator, Lisa, was sweet and checked up on me throughout the entire process, she even called to check in on me a few weeks later. I am so appreciative that my dad had a place to live out his last few days and will be forever grateful of Northgate and their employees.

Northgate was very good to my brother. The nursing staff are wonderful and helpful and treated him with respect and dignity. I'm forever grateful for their compassion.

Everyone was amazing in all departments.I especially want to thank Kimberly for making my Dad's discharge so easy. I would recommend this facility to anyone
