The appointment I had today only happened because Sandra tenaciously looked for some “extra time” to try to get me in on my day off. What a gem. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“I received 6 or 7 bids on my roof. ROOF1 was the only GAF bid, the others were all Owens/Corning. I did my research on GAF and came away impressed. Roof1 came in under the other bids. I am always skeptical of the lowest bid. I put all the bids on a spreadsheet to compare the line items. After a conversation with Scott over the phone, I came away quite impressed. I was in the roofing biz for 3 years, but 40 years ago. I accepted his bid and the work began the following week. The materials showed up on time. The crew showed up on time. Carlos, the crew chief, is exceptional. He is also a pretty good carpenter, as I kept an eye on all their work. I loaned him my chain saw and he trimmed back all my overgrown trees (no charge). They also put a new roof on an 8x8 shed and replaced the 1x6 fascia boards, gable rakes and damaged sheathing for $150. I provided all the materials (Roof1 supplied the underlayment and the shingles). Carlos also repaired some damaged fascia in front of house (no charge). The crew worked methodically until dark and didn’t quite finish. They returned early next morning and finished in 3 hours. They left the premises cleaner than they found it. Best of all, my roof is beautiful and the color (Scott picked) matched perfectly! The warranty on the shingles and the work is outstanding. BOTTOM LINE: WOULD I USE ROOF1 AGAIN? ABSOLUTELY! Thanks Scott, you are a true professional.”

“Heritage Creek is a beautiful place and always really clean. But more than a building, I can't say enough how amazing Heritage Creek staff has been to me and my family. My dad was hospitalized and needed a place that could properly care for him. Because of very odd circumstances and timing, we needed to find a room and a hospital bed within a week. Lisa set up a room set up for him and went the extra distance to let us borrow a hospital bed, recliner chair, and dresser in the meantime. Liza, is the awesome on-site LVN and I trust her with any medical decisions involving my family. The staff was all so kind to us and my dad. While we visited him, multiple staff members offered to bring us drinks and snacks. This facility has many amenities and if they don't have it, they have connections to great home health care and hospice services. Would trust them with caring for other family members if they need assisted living facilities. Thank you Heritage Creek for all that you do!”

I have high anxiety and the nurse brought in a fan for me, I was sweating and my blood pressure was up, he was so nice and made me feel comfortable, I calmed down quickly. Meeting with Dr Jarra Calderon was amazing, it was a great conversation, she listened and asked lots of questions, she really wanted to know everything I was feeling, she made me feel in control of my health. After my results came in she explained everything to me in detail and let me make the decision on what path I’d like to take as far as treatment, she gave me options and let me decide, that is AMAZING!!!! Never ever seen a doctor like this!!! I left that office with a smile and I felt cared for and confident in knowing she had my best interest at heart. Thank you to the whole team!!!!”

“My husband and I stayed a weekend at The Villas at La Cantera Resort & Spa for a firm retreat. The entire Resort is absolutely beautiful and well kept but The Villas was especially exceptional! While staying at the resort, you feel secluded even though you're still in the city. The views of the hill country are amazing and there are often deer wandering on the greens in the evening. All of the staff was extremely helpful and courteous as well. Even in the midst of a global pandemic, I felt safe staying here thanks to the efforts being made by all of the employees. My one and only complaint was that the water in the shower did not get anywhere near hot enough. The tub was amazing and the water there got super hot so I don't understand why the shower wouldn't. Even then, I can't wait to visit again!”
