“We hired Dave to install a 1600 lb beam into our 2 story home so that we could remove a wall that separated 2 living rooms. We also hired Dave to relocate our front door to the front of our home and add in 2 windows. Dave and crew did both beautifully. The 1 big room looks amazing and the finish work of sheet rocking, tapping, floatings and texturing look awesome!!! My super picky mom even said it looks good (major score there). The front door and windows are so cute and are ready for me to start decorating. I am not going to say this project was without hiccups because this is construction and that is impossible.
