  Great and fast service even though it was late. The technician took time to explain what I did wrong and how to correct it if it ever happened again. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely use in the future. Thanks Frosty Joe's, you saved the day!

  I HIGHLY recommend and will continue to use
  this company in the future. Extremely professional and courteous! His fees are extremely reasonable and affordable!
  I never have service techs in my home when I am by myself-for safety reasons. I was very comfortable with Joe.
  
  Woke up yesterday to water leaking from ceiling. After a plumber came out, was told it was the AC (both are located in attic). Called Frosty Joes and he was at my home in an hour. The drain pan had tilted due to particle board (instead of plywood which should have been used) warping which caused the water dripping. He took care of it temporarily and came back out today to fix the problem permanently. He also did maintenance on both my units outside.

  After a few mediocre jobs from other companies we called Joe which was the best thing we could have done. He is quick, respectful, and understanding. His skills and knowledge are impeccable as are his professionalism and honest prices. By far the best AC company we have ever experienced in our 40 years in San Antonio.

  Frosty Joes was recommended to us and we would in return highly recommend him. He returned our phone call quickly, showed up when we expected him to, and took his time assessing our problem. We appreciated that he provided honest work and explained everything without pressuring us to make any fast decisions. We were so happy and comfortable with his work.

  This is the best AC Service in San Antonio. Our 19 year old AC unit stop working on Friday, Frosty Joes did a quick repair and then he came back Sunday morning to replace our AC with a new unit. Installation was fast and very professional, making sure everything was sealed and perfect installation. Frosty Joes also installed a new digital thermostat. Excellent service and the best price. Thank you so much Frosty Joes.
