  Great experience! I add this to my Orangetheory workouts to help with extra strength and stretching, to help my neck and back issues and to work out soreness. I’ve tried so many fun classes - barre, yoga and smart barre so far. I’m excited to try the bounce class. These classes are so hard in their own way, I can feel my body getting so much better with control and balance as well.

  I absolutely love Smart Barre! So glad I joined almost two years ago. They have the best instructors, guidance when you need it and encouragement to keep pushing yourself to be the best version of you. Always feel better after a class.

  I started my Smart Barre journey in July. I have enjoyed the diversity of all the trainers and their individual teaching styles. It truly has been challenging for me (66 years old) but I have definitely seen a positive change in my body. I would highly recommend Smart Barre! Bring a friend....they will thank you for it.

  I’ve been coming to smart barre for 2 months now. I did the new client special for one month and then signed up for the barre junkie membership. I take barre 3-4 times a week. Early morning classes are my favorite, 6 AM. 5:45 AM is hard, but I always feel accomplished when I wake up for 45 smart. I love the results I’m seeing in my mid section ????
