“The staff was excellent and the store is huge!! We really wanted trick candles for my father-in-laws birthday and there weren’t any on the shelves. The employees started helping us immediately and looked up if they had any in the store. They ended up getting a ladder to check the cabinets on top of the shelves and found the candles that we wanted! Thank you so much party city staff!”
