“I’ve been living at The Landings for over a year now and just renewed my lease. It’s everything that I needed and more. The management is very friendly and heavily involved in the community. You’re not just a number here. The staff knows you by name and takes the time to get to know you. It’s a very quiet community. Very first responder and military friendly, which is a big plus. The gym is usually empty and also fully equipped with cardio machines, dumbbells and resistant machines. It’s right in the middle of all a beautiful park, which excellent for a good run in morning. And plenty of restaurants/bars in walking distance. I would highly recommend these apartments to those seeking luxury style living for a good price. These negative comments you’re reading are most likely from disgruntled residents that didn’t get their way. We’re all adults; grow up, be kind and pay your rent on time.”

“Disclaimer: This review is specifically for the staff not the apartment complex. The staff (front office, maintenance, etc) has always been very helpful and responsive to requests & questions. I’ve had great interactions with Canaan in the front office, she is super sweet and friendly & always ready to help! I’ve also used maintenance a lot and they are very timely and polite! Most everyone is pretty great. I know there have been some bigger issues that have been reported and sometimes it doesn’t get resolved as fast as people would like but for the most part the bigger requests are out of the staff’s hands and have to go higher up but I still appreciate the staff doing what they can to help.”
