(August 5, 2019, 10:50 pm)Sales rep Gina A. came to my house and did a water analysis. It was very informative and the product looks great! Water run through the filter was much better tasting than out of my tap and did a much better job cleaning and rinsing. Gina explained things thoroughly and answered all questions. I couldn't buy a system right at the moment, but definitely something I will consider in the future.

While he's happy to sell you the right system for your needs, he presents the information in a factual style rather than a high pressure sales presentation. I really appreciate that approach!
(July 7, 2019, 1:56 am)Gina opened my eyes to what our water really had in it! She was very thorough in explaining the results of the various tests conducted on our water at our in-home demo. She explained everything in a way that was easy for anyone to understand. I've been extremely happy with our water since we added the carbon filtration system. I would highly recommend her to others!

I learned so much about my own home and things I could do to save money. I am very pleased with the product I purchased and look forward to using Sweetwater when I have to buy a new water softener.
(June 29, 2019, 5:08 pm)Carlos, was the best technician, Sweetwater Home Services, has sent out. He came to provide me with the bi-yearly maintenance on my Rain Soft, water softener. He called ahead of arriving, with an accurate ETA. He was very courteous, and respectful of home, keeping his work area clean as he went, rather than going on to another task, leaving a mess that would require him to come back and clean before he left, as is what usually happens. He focused on his work, and finished in record time. He was here for half the time the last technician, took to complete the same tasks. I hope the next time I need to be serviced he can come.
