The leasing process with Bruno was great, but the day we moved in (may 29th) the A/C unit failed. The company initially contracted with a service provider who was in incompetent, but ultimately rectified the issue. They were always responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Had a pleasant experience dealing with Jarred Nova. He clarified some of my concerns with the verification process. After he quickly looked into our background and consulted with the property owners. He really took care of business to say the least. Thanks again for helping us as we transition back to Texas.

When my wife received PCS orders from South Carolina to San Antonio, in 2019, we had to find a rental fast. After Making initial contact with CLPM, we were able to get someone on scene showing us the property through Skype. We only later found out that this person was Marvin, the owner of CLPM, who was going out of his way to provide as much information and answers regarding the questions we had.

After landing in Texas, once again it was Marvin who was the first person we had dealings with when we received the keys to our first rental here in Texas. From this point, any interaction or dealings we have had with CLPM have been nothing but stellar (But especially Marvin and Bruno, we can never forget about Bruno running the office). From bringing a portable A/C unit, when the one inside the rental failed, himself, to working around homeowner's evicting tenants during Covid (we were given minimal notice, but Marvin worked with us to find another property within 24 hours to switch our account over to), CLPM and its staff have always done everything they can to make sure we were taken care of, as well as maintaining the properties themselves.

Our household cannot recommend Marvin and CLPM enough, and after three years of continual rental through them, they made our time in Texas great, even during some of the worst times our society had seen. Five stars all the way to Marvin and his company.
