  This review is long overdue; Elite Water Systems (aka Elite Water of Texas) installed a beautiful water softener and reverse osmosis system in my house more than a few years ago and changed our lives (I’m not being dramatic).
  
  Our hair got healthier, our skin feels better, our soap lasts longer, our credit scores went up, our 401K tripled in value overnight, our favorite sports teams won back to back championships... ok maybe I did over dramatize a bit. But the first parts are true!
  
  Plus the drinking water is better than any bottled water, and it’s less expensive (I did the math).
  
  Since we had our system installed both my wife and I have recommended the company and their products to at least a dozen friends and all of our family.
  
  You want to know how you’re fully adulting? When you run your dishwasher after your softener is installed and you look inside and get excited. Squeaky clean dishes AND a squeaky clean dishwasher basin! Can’t wait to do dishes again haha.
  
  I highly recommend the team at Elite Water System or whatever name they want to go by. What’s in a name, amirite?

  I contacted elite to install a reverse osmosis system, Kathy was very helpful and had Frank come out the next day. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and did the job very quickly. He educated me on the water system and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this company!!

  I cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service we received from Kathy, Mike and Julie. They are responsive, listen and think out of the box. 3 other companies suggested a costly re-routing of water lines and Mike picked up the trap door and discovered a pipe he could tap into. This saved us a lot of money. They also follow up to ensure everything is working well. Great company and service!

  My skin is super sensitive to hard water, bringing my eczema out to uncomfortable proportions. Adding the water softening system is a must for my daily routine. Without it, my skin requires steroids and will progress to blisters and bleeding even with creams. With the water softener in and set to a level that works for me (trial and error), I only need apply gentle lotion after washing, which is wonderful!!!

  The Sales Consultant Nick was excellent. His knowledge of the systems they offer was great, and he ensured my family had the perfect system for the size of my home. My wife and I had concerns about the hard water in San Antonio, and we did not want to have stains all over our new home. Nick was able to schedule our installation on the day we closed, and on short notice.
