(June 19, 2019, 9:10 am)I emailed Chris, the owner with some photos of the hail damage to our car through their website. He was very responsive and honest about how much it would take to fix and even suggested that I take the insurance "total loss" settlement instead of trying to keep the car and repair it. So while I didn't use his dent repair services, he has earned a future customer should I need the services he provides!

Metal Technician Jeremy Reynolds took the time to explain the process and educate me on the repair process for the dent in the drivers back quarter panel. He is a true craftsman. He enjoys his work and it shows in his results. The dent is gone and the panel is good as new. I arrived at 11am and was out the door before 1pm. I was made to feel at home from the start to finish.
