  My BMW x1 needed to get a rear end and turbo charger replacement and the passenger airbag sensor had gone off. These guys were very professional and great customer service. I dealt directly with Tyler and he gave me estimates for both new and used parts. Obviously the used parts were cheaper, which I opted for but they made sure the used parts were in good condition and didn't have too much wear and tear. He kept me updated through the entire process letting me know when he had ordered the parts and when he received them. One of the parts they ordered actually arrived damaged and he promptly let me know and quickly ordered another one that was even slightly cheaper than the first one! Once he got all the parts in, he called me and told me that the car should be ready shortly after and that he would give me a call and sure enough, within less than a week that all the parts came in he called me and told me my car was ready to go! Tyler also took care of communicating with my extended warranty company so that they could get the money for the repairs that my warranty would cover and I paid the difference, which was MUCH cheaper than the dealer! The car now runs great and very happy with their work and customer service. I have already recommended this shop to others that have BMW. All in all my car was in the shop for about half a month, but they kept me informed through the entire process, they were transparent with their costs (he even worked with me with the labor since there was some overlap in the labor when replacing these parts), and I didn't feel they were giving me the run around like can sometimes happen with independent repair shops.

  Top notch professionalism and knowledge. Hands down the best shop- incredible and straightforward pricing, extremely knowledgeable mechanics and quick turnaround. Everything that was needed for my vehicle was quoted ahead of time and there were no surprises. They advised potential upcoming maintenance, but did not try to oversell me on services beyond what was needed. They are the best in the business and I will not go anywhere else to maintain or repair my vehicles!

  Excellent customer service. All repairs were explained, in depth, so I had an absolute understanding of what my car needed immediately and things that would need to be addressed in the future. All technicians have an abundance of knowledge and treat every vehicle as if it were their own. They have worked on my high end luxury vehicle and kept my daily driver in top notch shape. Pricing was fractional compared to the main dealership.
